Twerk Tuesday 🍑

Today was my Second time attending Twerk Tuesday and it was really fun. We are always so active and I love the vibes and energy that's all the girls give off. We are always moving and shaking it up! They are I was teaching me new moves every time I attend, and am definitely seeing the progress. We do stretching every time before we start, that always makes me feel great afterwards. I hope I encourage more people to join the class every Tuesday at 5pm ❤️🍑
